    Vidyanjali

Vidyanjali is a school volunteer programme launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It is not specifically designed for Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs), which are a chain of central government schools in India. However, volunteers can still participate in Vidyanjali and offer their services to KVs if the schools choose to participate in the program.

The Vidyanjali program aims to strengthen schools through community and private sector involvement. Volunteers can contribute their time and skills in a variety of ways, such as:

    • Tutoring students in academic subjects
    • Mentoring students
    • Providing career guidance
    • Organizing co-curricular activities
    • Donating books, stationery, or other supplies

If you are interested in volunteering at a KV school, you can contact the school principal to see if they are participating in the Vidyanjali program. You can also register as a volunteer on the Vidyanjali website: https://vidyanjali.education.gov.in/
